Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supplier management, strong negotiation and data-driven decision-making, and experience in regulated manufacturing or medtech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, data-driven, cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in supplier contracts and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: develop and implement category strategies to meet goals.
• Supplier Management: identify, evaluate and onboard suppliers aligning with quality standards.
• Negotiation: lead contracts and pricing discussions with favorable terms.
• Cost Management: monitor spend and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• NPD Management: identify innovative suppliers for new product development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with EM Make, R&D, VSL, Eng, QA, Finance.
• Market Analysis: stay informed on industry trends and supplier performance.
• Compliance and Risk Management: ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
