Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations across locations in the Kent area. You will own end-to-end purchasing, drive supplier performance, and coach a growing team to deliver value.

You will partner with project, service, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business priorities, develop processes, and improve visibility and efficiency. Travel to other MMFS offices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day procurement operations supporting MMFS projects, service ops, and corporate functions.
• Own purchasing process from PO creation to supplier confirmation, expediting, delivery, issue resolution, and closeout.
• Establish processes for order tracking, delivery visibility, expediting, and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with supplier agreements, standards, and policies.
• Monitor workload and service levels to ensure timely, accurate support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex purchasing and supplier issues.
• Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead, develop and coach procurement team; establish clarity and accountability.
