Job summary

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead MMFS’s procurement operations across locations and build an efficient, scalable function. You will oversee the full purchasing lifecycle from PO processing to supplier performance and risk management.

As a people leader, you’ll develop a high-performing team, establish clear processes, and partner with project, service, operations, finance, and leadership to align procurement with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive procurement or purchasing experience.
• Previous people-management experience including coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day procurement operations across projects, service operations, and corporate functions.
• Own the purchasing process from PO creation through supplier coordination, expediting, delivery, and closeout.
• Establish processes for order tracking, delivery visibility, expediting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor supplier performance and address delivery, quality, pricing, and service concerns.
• Develop and lead the procurement team, set expectations, and drive accountability.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to measure procurement effectiveness and service levels.
