Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops solicitation specifications based on internal and external information.
• Demonstrates knowledge of procurement methods including RFP, RFQ, and RFI.
• Represents the Department and Grants and Contracts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides strategic advice and consultation to procurement and program staff on procurement strategy and execution.
