MSys Inc is seeking a Procurement Project Manager for a long-term hybrid role based in Nashville, TN. The position supports the client as the Procurement Project Manager for the entire agency.

You will administer procurement activities from sourcing strategy through contract award, collaborating with the Central Procurement Office (CPO) and client divisions. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of procurement and contract management experience.
• Advanced email correspondence skills.
• Strong scheduling and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assists client divisions in solicitation specifications based on internal and external sources of information.
• Represents client and the division of Grants and Contracts while speaking with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides strategic advice and consultation to agency procurement and program staff to determine the proper methods of procurement as well as strategy development and execution of procurement activities.
