Job summary

Responsibilities include representing the department to internal and external stakeholders, and providing strategic consultation to determine proper procurement approaches and execution strategies for RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 5–10 years of business, procurement, and/or contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop solicitation specifications based on information from internal and external sources.
• Demonstrate knowledge of policies, procedures and execution strategy for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Represent Grants and Contracts to internal and external stakeholders; provide strategic consultation to procurement staff.
