Job summary

Mavensoft Technologies, LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager – Procurement in Nashville. The role supports procurement activities for stakeholder groups, acting as a liaison between the agency and the Central Procurement Office to align with state policies.

The PM will manage sourcing strategies through contract award, drafting solicitations and supporting evaluation processes, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement or contract management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and solicitation processes.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assist divisions with solicitation specifications based on internal and external information.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of policies and procedures for RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes.
• Represent the agency and Grants & Contracts team while communicating with stakeholders.
• Provide strategic advice on procurement methods and strategies.
• Assist with development and execution of procurement activities from sourcing to contract award.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
