Job summary

Morph Enterprise in Nashville is seeking a procurement professional for a hybrid role. You will develop solicitation specifications and advise on procurement methods across RFP, RFQ, and RFI, collaborating with divisions and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assists divisions in solicitation specifications based on internal and external sources of information

• Possesses and demonstrates strong knowledge of policies, procedures and execution strategy for multiple solicitation methods including Request for Proposal, Request for Qualification, and Request for Information.

• Regularly represents the Department and the division of Grants and Contracts while speaking with internal and external stakeholders

• Provides strategic advice and consultation to agency procurement and program staff to determine the proper methods of procurement as well as strategy development and execution of procurement activities

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years of business, procurement, and/or contract management experience
