You'll manage buying, planning, and vendor relationships, ensuring timely material supply across manufacturing and sales. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, 5+ years in materials management and ERP experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Five+ years in Materials Management.
• Five+ years in the manufacturing industry.
• Five+ years of ERP experience in planning and procurement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• US work authorization without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Buying, Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Own and implement strategies to improve the operations of the materials department.
• Ensure seamless communication with sales and other functional groups.
• Engage in root cause problem solving to drive process improvement.
• Own and update metrics to communicate challenges of Buying, Planning, and Scheduling Inventory Management.
• Provide recommendations regarding materials to other functional groups to drive toward excellence.
• Oversee inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries while minimizing carrying costs.
• Lead KPI development and staff coaching in procurement activities.
