Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Materials Supervisor to lead a team responsible for stocking positions, min/max targets in the ERP, and meeting production schedules. You will develop processes to ensure material availability and drive on-time delivery across projects.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, Engineering, Planning and Operations to maintain KPI targets and optimize inventory while supporting fast-changing production needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, or business management.
• 1–3 years of supervision experience in planning in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of production planning and materials management.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of supply planning, production planning, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Builds a process to identify key raw materials with stocking requirements.
• Establishes process to set and maintain min / max targets in the ERP.
• Develops and leads team to ensure material availability to support daily production requirements.
• Develops and maintains KPI’s to manage stocking levels and on-time delivery.
• Coordinates with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, Engineering, Planning, and Operations.
• Attends daily production meetings and communicates shortages.
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure order planning and fulfillment.
• Mitigates material shortages through internal and external escalation.
• Ensures materials are available and located prior to work orders.
