Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to support lean inventory and strategic purchasing across manufacturing and supply chain.

You will partner with stakeholders in manufacturing, sales, and plant management to ensure timely materials and services aligned with master production schedules. You will lead buying, planning, and inventory management, drive process improvements, and maintain key KPIs while ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in Materials Management.
• Five+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Five+ years of experience using an ERP system to plan and procure material.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Buying, Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Own and implement strategies to improve materials department operations.
• Ensure communication with sales and other functions.
• Drive process improvements through root-cause analysis.
• Maintain KPIs and metrics for Buying, Planning, and Scheduling Inventory.
