Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems is seeking a strategic and hands-on Procurement Manager to lead and optimize all procurement activities across the organization. You will drive strategic sourcing, strengthen supplier governance, and enhance procurement processes through ERP-enabled improvements.

The role balances strategy with execution in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will integrate financial, inventory, and planning systems for real-time budget tracking and streamlined approvals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or strategic procurement role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develop long-term procurement strategies focused on cost optimization and value creation.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and terms to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Partner with Finance to strengthen governance and mitigate risk.
• Oversee supplier relationships and performance reviews.
