Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead all purchasing activities and modernize procurement processes under our ERP system. You will drive cost savings, supplier partnerships, and policy updates across our 29 locations to optimize spending and efficiency.

The role involves managing a procurement team, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (CPP/CPM/SPSM preferred).
• Significant purchasing/procurement/SCM leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all purchasing activities to ensure cost efficiency.
• Improve ERP procurement system adoption and processes.
• Mentor procurement team and develop future needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize pricing, quality and service.
• Review bids, establish favorable terms, and manage blanket PO processes.
• Collaborate with 29 branch locations to drive cost reductions.
