Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field.
• 5–7+ years in purchasing, supply chain or warehouse management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor).
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control techniques and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse functions.
• Develop local procurement strategies for cost savings and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure internal controls and federal contractor compliance.
• Train and supervise procurement teams with clear goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and finance.
