Husco International is seeking a Procurement Manager in Wisconsin to oversee the procurement function and lead a site procurement team. You will drive material availability, supplier management, and strategic cost reductions to meet production goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7 years in procurement or SCM in manufacturing, and at least 3 years in leadership. You’ll use ERP systems and Power BI to optimize operations and deliver value.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 7 years of procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in leadership or team management.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.

• Oversee material availability and continuity of supply to meet production plans.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement spend.
• Lead and develop the procurement team; drive ERP and Power BI-enabled processes.
