PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Procurement Manager to partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams in a fast-growing, AI-driven environment. This role focuses on strategic supplier planning, complex software negotiations, and forward-looking renewals to enable multi-year architectures.

The position blends executive partnership, vendor strategy, and end-to-end deal execution, with hybrid work and in-person collaboration at the Atlanta office twice weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Vendor Management for Software/SaaS/Tech.
• 2+ years in Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract processes.
• 2+ years negotiating Software contracts (SaaS) and related terms.
• Experience with Product, Engineering, or IT stakeholders in tech settings.
• Proven partnerships with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI, automation, or data analytics in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with exec leaders to align procurement with roadmaps and goals.
• Lead vendor strategy, renewals, and QBRs with KPI tracking.
• Drive AI-driven efficiency across market research, spend analytics, and workflows.
• Negotiate MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, and terms; mitigate risk with Legal and Finance.
• Use Coupa and CLM tools to manage end-to-end contracting and spend.
