Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee all procurement for large projects, including capital equipment and materials. You will manage supplier relationships, lead strategic sourcing, and drive cost reduction while ensuring timely, quality purchases.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, logistics, QA, and finance to forecast demand and optimize procurement processes, with attention to health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as supply chain management, business, or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in procurement or SCM, preferably in manufacturing or greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar PM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project goals and budgets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through procurement projects from initiation to completion.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to onboard reliable vendors.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, logistics, and finance to forecast demand and ensure material supply.
