Job summary

CBRE Procurement Manager in Charlotte, NC leads a team responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will develop and execute local and regional procurement strategies, oversee contracts, and coach staff to deliver value.

You will partner with stakeholders to optimize spend, manage supplier performance, and ensure adherence to CBRE standards while promoting continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
• Experience guiding staff and evaluating performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for goods and services.
• Manage supplier certification and conduct vendor performance reviews.
• Lead sourcing strategy development and execution with stakeholders.
• Mentor on outsourcing practices and value creation.
• Analyze spend and opportunities for value creation.
• Ensure contracts adhere to company standards.
• Guide cross-functional collaboration to meet objectives.
