Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement activities for assigned programs. You will coordinate requests for proposals, purchase orders, and supplier returns while resolving discrepancies with suppliers and Receiving.

The role emphasizes updating the MRP system, monitoring open POs, and identifying non-value added activities to improve overall efficiency in a dynamic, high-mix environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of overall materials flow and related supply chain functions.
• ERP knowledge with Vantage or similar systems.
• High ethical standards aligning with company goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchase order acknowledgements and update the MRP system.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through coordination with Strategic Sourcing.
• Manage open purchase order reports to resolve late/partial shipments and update MRP.
• Handle incoming shipment discrepancies with Receiving and/or suppliers.
• Eliminate non-value-added activities within the department.
• File and maintain integrity of PO packages (PO, acknowledgement, requisition).
• Assist with RFP package preparation including drawings.
• Escalate to Purchasing Manager any production impediments.
