Job summary

CIRCOR is seeking a Supply Chain Expeditor to support procurement activities for assigned programs. You will coordinate requests for proposals, purchase orders, and resolve receiving or invoice discrepancies to keep production flowing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Strategic Sourcing, maintaining data integrity for PO packages, and addressing any issues that impede workflow. A strong understanding of materials flow and ERP (Vantage) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in materials and supply chain experience.
• Experience in High Mix - Low Volume environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities for assigned programs.
• Coordinate requests for proposals, purchase orders, and receiving/invoice discrepancies.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing.
• Manage open purchase order reports to resolve late shipments.
• Maintain data integrity of PO packages (POs, acknowledgements, requisitions).
• Assist with preparation of RFP packages including drawings.
• Resolve or escalate issues impeding production workflow.
