Job summary

Saputo, Inc. seeks a Senior Procurement Manager for Warehouse & Operational Services to lead sourcing and lifecycle management for 3,500+ leased assets across 29 locations.

You will optimize assets, manage supplier governance, and drive total cost of ownership improvements in collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and site leaders. The role requires senior ownership, cross-functional leadership, and strong numerical/analytical capabilities to deliver value and support capital planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide supplier initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading RFx events, supplier negotiations, contracts, and governance.
• Strong analytical, financial, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, lifecycle management, and governance for warehouse assets and services.
• Develop category strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract implementation.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and site leadership to align sourcing with business goals.
• Drive cost reduction, value creation, and total cost of ownership improvements.
• Identify technology, analytics, and supplier innovations to improve performance.
• Provide cross-functional leadership to project teams for network optimization.
