Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc is seeking a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead sourcing for a highly regulated U.S. Navy business. You will shape category strategies, negotiate critical contracts, and ensure supply continuity to meet customer requirements.

The role partners with Executive Leadership, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align sourcing with regulatory and growth objectives, while driving risk mitigation and long-range planning.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain functions in complex environments.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise sourcing strategies and supplier risk management.
• Experience coordinating with executive leadership across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Navy-aligned strategic sourcing strategies and governance.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and long-term agreements with critical suppliers.
• Drive cost reduction, continuity, and compliance across the supply base.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to align sourcing with program goals.
• Manage risk, capacity planning, and regulatory compliance for DoD/Navy programs.
