Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing and procurement activities across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and vendor agreements.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and improve purchasing processes.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and finance on purchasing needs.
• Provide guidance and oversight to purchasing team members.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery.
• Support improvements to procurement reporting, systems, and procedures.
