Job summary

District Photo Inc. seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement, logistics, and supplier management across three facilities (AZ, KY, MD). This strategic, hands-on role focuses on cost, quality, delivery, and working capital improvements in a fast-paced digital printing environment.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, IT and executive leadership to optimize materials flow, supplier performance, and ERP-enabled processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement, logistics and supply chain experience with leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading procurement teams across multiple facilities.
• Deep understanding of procurement lifecycle and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills; ERP experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s procurement and supply chain strategy across three facilities.
• Lead and develop procurement, supply chain and logistics teams.
• Establish policies, controls and best practices across locations.
• Develop purchasing strategies balancing cost, quality, and lead times.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure uninterrupted material supply.
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement across sourcing and logistics.
• Oversee supplier risk, international sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Lead ERP, data, and analytics efforts to improve decision-making.
