Job summary

Oregon Freeze Dry is seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to develop strategy, governance, and standardize procurement functions in alignment with business goals.

You will guide strategic sourcing, lead ERP-related procurement initiatives (Infor M3), and partner with IT, Finance and Operations to optimize supplier performance, dashboards, and KPIs. This role demands strong leadership and communication to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Experience supporting or leading ERP implementation and stabilization (Infor M3 or similar).
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier performance management, and procurement best practices.
• Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance management systems.
• Excellent leadership, project management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and business knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, procedures, and governance to standardize procurement.
• Lead strategic sourcing decisions to support objectives and budget.
• Stabilize, optimize and maintain ERP related to procurement, purchasing, inventory, supplier management, and reporting.
• Partner with IT, Finance and Operations to resolve ERP-related procurement issues and drive system enhancements.
• Establish and manage strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and mitigate risks.
• Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
• Develop and drive KPI frameworks and dashboards for procurement performance.
• Implement reporting processes that provide visibility into procurement operations for executive decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions.
