Job summary

C4 Advanced Tactical Systems in Central Florida seeks a Procurement Supervisor to oversee daily procurement activities and lead a team of Buyers and Expeditors. You will ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisitions across programs while driving KPI performance.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to maintain ERP data integrity, manage trackers, and lead negotiations with suppliers for best value, all within regulatory frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Procurement or Supply Chain Management; plus 5 years in supervision.
• FARS/DFARS knowledge a plus.
• Syteline or ERP systems knowledge required.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with dashboards.
• Demonstrated supplier negotiations and cost-reduction experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Buyers and Expeditors toward KPIs.
• Assist in RFQ processes, create Master RFQ Trackers, and assign commodities.
• Manage Procurement Program Trackers, ensure data accuracy and timelines.
• Review PRB actions to meet program procurement objectives.
• Analyze commodity requirements and coordinate with suppliers for lead times.
• Attend program management, vendor, and customer meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with Management, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Finance for ERP data integrity.
• Review proposals, pricing data, lead-time analysis, and supplier quotations.
• Lead negotiations to achieve best value in pricing, delivery, and terms.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, ITAR/DFARS, and AS9100 requirements.
