Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes across materials, technology, construction, and services.
• Develop solicitations, evaluate suppliers, and coordinate contract awards.
• Forecast project costs and drive cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage procurement performance, KPI reporting, and process improvements.
• Oversee staff via coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Support unit budget development and monitor expenditures.
• Represent procurement in board and executive meetings.
