Qualifications

• Five or more (5+) years of progressively responsible procurement, contract administration, and sourcing experience.
• Five or more (5+) years in a supervisory role.
• If no degree, nine or more (9+) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction for procurement processes by planning, developing and negotiating contracts; engaging business units; forecasting costs; identifying cost-saving opportunities; developing solicitations; evaluating suppliers; coordinating bid reviews; recommending awards; resolving protests; and drafting terms.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of current practices; monitors and forecasts contract activities; provides KPI reports; facilitates continuous improvement.
• Manages Procurement Performance systems for sourcing, solicitations, and internal SharePoint sites.
• Oversees strategic sourcing by developing annual plans; preparing supply/demand profiles; developing sourcing strategies; coordinating contract integration; measuring performance against standards.
• Supervises internal/external project administration; monitors progress; reviews work products; assists in resolving conflicts.
