Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead a team focused on sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will help develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with client objectives and oversee end-to-end procurement processes.

The role requires strong contract management, vendor relations, and data-driven decision making, with emphasis on cost savings and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and measuring performance preferred.
• Ability to guide complex information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to account teams in contract negotiations, vendor relationships, and procurement matters.
• Develop end-to-end sourcing strategies for outsourced services.
• Draft, review, and maintain contracts and related documents.
• Manage supplier and contractor certification, vendor performance, and compliance reviews.
• Lead lifecycle management including terminations, extensions, and renewals.
• Analyze spend data and supplier performance to identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Provide SME input on outsourcing practices and strategic value.
• Support RFP development and solution selection processes.
