The position requires a strong background in SRM, category management, and leadership, with experience in SAP/Oracle/Ariba/GEP/Coupa and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership.
• Proven track record in SRM, category management, and high-value contracts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; experience with ERP/SRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing strategies for key categories.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and secure favorable terms.
• Develop cost-saving initiatives and supplier risk management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and ensure compliance.
