Electric Power Research Institute, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Sourcing & Procurement to lead Category Leads and Procurement Specialists remotely. The role focuses on directing contract activities, negotiations, and compliance across the procurement function.

The position requires strong leadership, advanced negotiation skills, and extensive experience with SAP ERP and P2P processes. The incumbent will mentor staff and drive strategic sourcing initiatives from a remote location.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the development and negotiation of complex contracts or procurement management experience.
• Supply chain/procurement knowledge with familiarity of SAP ERP and P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Category Leads and Procurement Specialists to support strategic goals.
• Negotiates large, complex agreements and reviews actions within signature authority.
• Oversees contracting processes, contract close-outs and related requests.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures in collaboration with Legal, Finance and Export Control.
• Develops and implements new procurement processes and KPI-driven metrics.
