Job summary

Torch Clean Energy is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy and execution across its renewable energy project portfolio. This role focuses on sourcing, contracting, and managing suppliers for solar modules, inverters, trackers, and BESS systems.

The position requires 5+ years in procurement, with 3+ in utility-scale renewables, and strong experience in negotiations, contracts, and UFLPA compliance. Hybrid work options are available with travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with 3+ years in utility-scale renewables.
• Experience sourcing and contracting major renewable energy equipment (modules, inverters, trackers, transformers, BESS).
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience structuring supply agreements.
• Familiarity with project finance requirements and procurement documentation standards.
• Experience managing UFLPA compliance and supply chain traceability processes.
• Proficiency with procurement and project management tools; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for utility-scale projects across the lifecycle.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes for major equipment categories.
• Negotiate equipment supply and service contracts with vendors.
• Coordinate with development, engineering, and EPC teams to align timelines and budgets.
• Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with cost, delivery, and quality KPIs.
