Job summary

EDF Power Solutions North America is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead a team of buyers in driving savings, TCO reductions, and end-to-end source-to-pay excellence for renewable energy assets and corporate needs.

You will develop commodity strategies, manage RFIs/RFPs, and build strong supplier relationships while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure forecasts and procurement plans align with business objectives. Hybrid work arrangement with multiple regional offices.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Inventory Management.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of at least 4+ employees.
• Experience in Renewable Energy, highly preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end source-to-pay processes, including spend analysis, benchmarking, TCO analysis, negotiations, supplier performance management, scorecards, contracting and savings tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of strategic buyers towards achievement of strategic sourcing goals including savings targets, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction, and the timely execution of sourcing events; mentor staff.
• Lead and manage RFIs/RFPs from start to finish, including creation, issuance, and facilitation through award recommendations and contract negotiations.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to establish accurate procurement plans and contracts.
• Develop and manage commodity sourcing strategies to address market conditions, technology roadmaps, and product/service needs; forecast to protect continuity of supply.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and evaluate supplier competencies and competitiveness using industry cost models.
• Drive improvements and efficiencies; create procedures, processes, and work instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
