Job summary

RTX Corporation seeks a procurement professional to own end-to-end sourcing, vendor qualification, RFQs, and PO management. The role ensures ITAR/compliance, develops sourcing strategies, and maintains supplier relationships while driving on-time delivery and data accuracy across the SCM/ERP environment.

The successful candidate will have a university degree or equivalent, 2+ years of procurement experience, and familiarity with FAR/DFARS, SAP, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing vendors to managing purchase orders and closure activities post-payment.
• Identify qualified vendors for products and services, ensuring compliance with ITAR and Controlled Goods requirements.
• Secure Non-Disclosure or PIA as necessary prior to release of drawings or controlled documents.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, validate quotation compliance, and perform price and delivery comparisons.
