Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) is seeking a qualified procurement professional for a remote U.S. program. You will manage RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier quotes, while creating material requests and driving the PO lifecycle.

This role requires collaboration with production control and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant task execution. With 3+ years in Supply Chain/Procurement (or 5+ with related degree), you will support supplier onboarding and policy adherence, including NDAs and PIA

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years, or Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Generate RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and obtain and understand supplier proposals/quotes.
• Create material requests, and short text purchase requests (RFM/STPR).
• Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
• Be familiar with and reference applicable policies and procedures to perform MPM tasks.
• Work closely with production control and procurement to orchestrate tasking handoffs.
• Work closely with the program cross functional teams for any supply chain requests.
• Facilitate the creation or updates of PIA's and/or NDA's for new suppliers.
• Work closely with Procurement to streamline the cycle time for PO placement.
