Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management or related field.
• 3+ years leading end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations).
• Experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing complex services and leading outsourcing or managed-services category strategies.
• Experience developing multi-year category strategies using spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier benchmarking, and financial analysis.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with data-driven business cases and cost models.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourcing and strategic sourcing initiatives from opportunity assessment through value realization.
• Develop multi-year category and sourcing strategies using spend analysis, market intelligence, and cost modeling.
• Design and lead end-to-end RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with supplier evaluation and negotiation planning.
• Partner with executives to translate business needs into clear sourcing and commercial strategies.
• Build fact-based business cases bringing financial, operational, supplier, and market insights.
• Shape commercial models (FTE, fixed-fee, transaction-based) to align supplier economics with outcomes.
• Draft, negotiate and execute contracts with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology.
• Evaluate strategic suppliers for performance, risk, and long-term fit; establish governance.
• Advance supplier diversity and responsible sourcing within strategies.
