Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management or related field.
• 3+ years leading end-to-end sourcing initiatives including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and negotiations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts with Legal, Finance, Risk, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourcing and strategic sourcing initiatives from opportunity to value realization.
• Develop multi-year category and sourcing strategies using spend data and market intelligence.
• Design end-to-end RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contracting approaches.
• Advise senior leadership with data-driven business cases and clear recommendations.
• Manage supplier performance and governance with risk controls and value outcomes.
