You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing and Engineering to drive strategic supplier relationships and multi-channel sourcing for both R&D and purchasing. Role requires strong technical understanding, cross-functional influence, and risk management with the ability to operate in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Solid understanding of technical concepts and functions.
• Ability to interact with and gain cooperation from cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing and Product Planning Management.
• Experience managing risk in coordination with project teams and in supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide purchase cost/value-add projections for existing and new products.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Marketing/Sales to manage supplier relationships.
• Develop and drive end-to-end multi-channel sourcing strategy for R&D and strategic purchasing.
• Systemize early stage business discussions for R&D and strategic purchasing.
• Analyze consumer electronics market trends and product infiltration strategies.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with North American organizations for discovering disruptive technology.
