The Lead will oversee strategic procurement activities, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and guide projects from initiation to results. Hybrid work in the United States is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations.
• Experience with AI tools to improve efficiency and drive value.
• Strong MS Office skills including Copilot, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement activities for sourced finished goods and components.
• Conduct market bids, contract management, and negotiations.
• Drive cost savings, supplier development, and productivity improvements.
• Coordinate NPD launches with cross-functional teams for cost, quality, and launch timelines.
• Provide leadership and project management across multiple procurement initiatives.
