Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Procurement Manager to lead mission-critical supply chain efforts for high-tech programs. You will manage a team of buyers, align material schedules with production, and ensure ERP integrity to support just-in-time delivery.

Collaborating across engineering and operations, you will own performance reporting, drive supplier improvements, and ensure SAP discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and supplier negotiation skills.
• Experience in procurement or materials management (3+ years).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of buyers across multiple commodity areas
• Drive supplier performance on delivery, quality, and cost targets
• Align material schedules with production demand to prevent shortages
• Oversee purchase order execution and ERP transaction accuracy
• Generate and present supply chain performance reports
• Partner with suppliers to resolve delays and improve reliability
• Expedite critical parts and manage inventory to support just-in-time delivery
• Ensure SAP data integrity and process discipline
• Support compliance reporting, including SBA requirements
• Assist with shipping/receiving activities as needed
