Qualifications

• Proven cost-savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to high performance.
• Provide SME on global sourcing and supply chain resilience.
• Oversee direct and indirect procurement, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Drive supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Establish procurement KPIs and report insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, FAR/DFAR, and reporting.
