Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–10 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of MS Outlook; MS Excel and MS Word software.
• Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100; Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen concepts.
• U.S. Person for access to ITAR-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of a commodity, product line, or supplier from intent to purchase through delivery.
• Release and manage work orders and rework work-orders.
• Purchase materials using schedules to maintain inventory at planned levels.
• Evaluate vendor reliability and develop new supply sources as needed.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and scope of subcontracts to ensure best value.
• Revise production schedules due to design changes or shortages in collaboration with management.
