Premier Franchise Management is seeking a GPO Lead to drive our group purchasing program across the franchise network, expand vendor partnerships, and optimize rebate performance. You will shape procurement strategy, negotiate terms, and oversee event sponsorships to maximize savings.

This results-driven leader will deliver analytics, drive vendor adoption, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale program yield and profitability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate procurement, GPO, or franchise procurement.
• Proven track record in supplier partnerships and sponsorships.
• Strong negotiation skills with senior suppliers.
• Advanced Excel for data modeling and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end franchisee purchasing performance relative to rebates.
• Drive vendor compliance and enforcement across franchise partners.
• Lead RFPs, vendor selections, and contract renewals with favorable terms.
• Develop complex spend analytics and executive-level reporting.
• Design system-wide procurement communications and campaigns.
• Oversee program rollout and event sponsorships for major events.
• Serve as escalation point for procurement issues.
• Identify new rebate channels and purchasing opportunities.
