You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and legal teams to optimize supplier performance, negotiate strategic agreements, and mentor the procurement team in a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience negotiating strategic agreements and delivering cost savings.

Responsabilités

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier identification, RFI/RFP management, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Build strong relationships with strategic suppliers to improve quality and value.
• Analyze spending trends to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Mentor procurement team members and promote continuous improvement.
