Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (supply chain, business, engineering, or economics).
• 7+ years in supply chain, purchasing, planning, or procurement in industrial manufacturing.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills translating data into action.
• Experience in collaborative, matrixed, fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: CPSM or PMP, SAP, Power BI, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing to ensure material availability and cost competitiveness.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with factory objectives.
• Partner with suppliers to improve performance and relationships.
• Drive supplier qualification and performance reviews.
• Analyze demand, supply, and spend data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead supply chain activities supporting orders, NPI, and tech transfer.
• Champion cost reduction, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
