Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for manufacturing operations. You will oversee a small procurement team, drive cost competitiveness, and partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to sustain uninterrupted operations.

You will leverage SAP for procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and develop talent within the team while aligning with Hitachi Energy's standards and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using SAP to manage procurement and purchasing processes.
• Previous leadership experience with direct responsibility for 2-3 or more team members.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
