Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Team Lead to guide a group of Procurement Agents responsible for procuring materials, supplies, and services in alignment with facility, department, and company goals.

This role focuses on driving cost savings, improving operations, mentoring the team, and ensuring KPI targets are met while collaborating with Strategic Category Leads to secure key suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of work experience, and 1 to 3 years of corporate purchasing and project management experience.
• Travel: 10%.
• Work Schedule: 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; schedule sufficient to meet role expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the Procurement Agents.
• Executes standard purchasing processes and strategies including procure-to-pay definition and optimization.
• Builds organizational capability through recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
• Holds team accountable for accuracy and managing department monthly KPI metrics.
• Identifies cost savings opportunities and assists in achieving yearly cost reduction targets.
• Works with Strategic Category Leads to identify key and preferred suppliers for spend supporting business objectives.
• Applies creative problem-solving techniques and ideas for incumbents’ area of responsibility.
• Manages suppliers and their performance.
• Identifies supply chain issues and brings challenges forward for visibility, awareness, and resolution.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs other related duties as required.
