Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Procurement Manager for a hybrid role in Lehi, UT. You will support strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and analyze cost structures to drive value for the organization.

You will partner with Legal, Finance, and category leads to align sourcing with business needs and leverage GEP or similar platforms to manage sourcing events and supplier data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, or related function.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and supplier rates.
• Strong financial acumen with experience building cost models and analyzing pricing structures.
• Experience developing business justifications, demand requests, and internal governance documentation.
• Working knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes and RFx execution.
• Familiarity with procurement technology platforms; GEP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and amendments with Legal and stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing and rates with suppliers using market data, benchmarking, and TCO analysis.
• Build financial models and cost analyses to evaluate proposals and multi-year deal economics.
• Develop internal documentation supporting sourcing: business justifications, demand requests, FMV assessments.
• Manage end-to-end Source-to-Contract lifecycle including RFx execution and supplier selection.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve issues, and drive ongoing performance and value.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and category leadership to align sourcing with business needs.
• Use procurement tech platforms (GEP preferred) to manage sourcing events, contracts, and records.
• Track and report sourcing outcomes including cost savings and supplier performance.
