• Conduct supplier and market research to identify qualified carriers, brokers, and agencies; support strategy development.
• Manage end-to-end Source-to-Contract lifecycle including RFx execution, bid analysis, and negotiation.
• Track cost savings, service improvements, and vendor performance; report outcomes to stakeholders.
