Hyundai Capital in Irvine, CA seeks a Procurement Contracts Manager to lead procurement, sourcing, and contract management for designated business areas. You will collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional partners to negotiate supplier agreements, drive cost-efficient outcomes, and ensure governance compliance.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, contract lifecycle oversight, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management, vendor management, or a related field.
• Experience managing supplier negotiations, contracts, sourcing initiatives, and vendor relationships.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Information Security, Vendor Risk, Privacy, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with procurement, contract management, ERP, or reporting tools preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and governance practices.
• Ability to independently manage complex procurement and contract initiatives while balancing risk, cost, and business objectives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy and partnership with assigned business units, supporting sourcing and negotiations.
• Drive sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and pricing negotiations.
• Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationships for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal and internal stakeholders to mitigate risk and improve terms.
• Support governance, process improvements, and reporting for procurement activities.
